Prior to joining R², Alan collaborated in the fundamental analysis of various sectors at Interacciones, he was part of Commercial Banking at HSBC Mexico. Previously, he collaborated in the liquidation of BANRURAL. He has founded, operated and supported the incubation of multiple entrepreneurial projects in various sectors.

He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Panamericana, a postgraduate degree in Finance and International Trade from the same University, as well as diplomas in Management and Entrepreneurship.
