Gregorio has 10 years of experience in the retail and pharmaceutical sectors. His corporate finance experience includes companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Mondelez International and Novartis Pharmaceutical.

Prior to joining R², Gregorio completed an MBA at the University of Manchester and in 2019 joined Kearney's team as a consultant.
